This course is designed is to give adults (19+ years) the opportunity, through achieving the required UCAS points, to progress to Higher Education/degree level courses in health sciences and other associated areas.

Over a course of units progress will be assessed using a range of methods including: assignments, research projects, practical assessments and reports.

English and maths are important for your studies and progress to your chosen career. Ideally, you will have already achieved maths and English grade 4 / C on entry to this programme, if not, or you wish to update your skills, we can support with this.
We run the course over two days, usually class based but with some blended online delivery.
We offer two options:
Day: Monday and Wednesday 9.30am - 2.30pm*
Evening: Tuesday and Thursday 4.30pm - 8.30pm*

After successful completion of this course you could progress to a higher education programme of study either at University or at Northumberland College.
