This course is for anyone who has an ambition to work in beauty salons as a beauty specialist or consultant.
You will study retail, facials, make-up, hand and foot care treatments, head massage, eye treatments and waxing, health and safety in the salon, reception, teamwork and client care.
You will need to have at least three GCSEs at grade 4 or above (including English Language, Maths and Science), or equivalent. Alternatively, you will require a Level 1 qualification in beauty therapy.
You must also have an interest in working with the public.

English and Maths are important life skills that will help you to achieve your best in your studies and progress to your dream career. If you have not already achieved grade 9-4 in GCSE Maths and/or English at school, we will support you to improve your skills.
