Leadership and working well in a team are essential, as is being physically fit, using your own initiative while motivating and inspiring others to achieve their potential, and remaining calm in challenging situations.
You'll study these subjects full time at Kirkley Hall campus Explore the woodland around Kirkley Hall and the Northumberland countryside, with its with vast walking areas, full field craft and platoon-sized training area and full airsoft training area with realistic airsoft weapons.
We work with the following employers to help you gain real work skills: Local Army Reserve Unit, Z Company 5 Regiment Fusiliers, Army Careers Centres and other local public services providers.
