Engineers are in high demand. If you’re interested in maths, science or technology, engineering can offer you an exciting and varied career. You will need strong numerical skills, an attention to detail, be able to work as part of a team and have excellent communication skills.
You'll study this subject full-time at Ashington Campus and will have access to specialist workshops for electrical, welding, and mechanical engineering, as well as specialised air conditioning top-up and repair equipment.
We work with the following employers to help you gain real work skills: North East Ambulance Fleet Management Services, Nissan, Hitachi Rail, McAlpines, Port of Blyth, Semples of Berwick, AkzoNobel.
